We do weekly Women’s Only Yoga classes, which are lead by our lovely instructor Pam. They are brilliant for improving your core strength and stretching out your muscles! If you would like to come, we meet outside the ELTC at 3.30pm and then walk up to Goodwin Sports Centre, or alternatively, you can meet us there. The class runs from 4pm – 5pm.
You will need to wear some stretchy trousers/leggings (not jeans) and we do it barefoot. Mats are provided.
